In the 5.0 [sic] case, the displacement’s actually rounded up to 302 from like 301 and change. Nowhere near round-to-5.0-worthy.

On 2 of the 3 vert’s I’ve rented, the rear quarter window on the right side wouldn’t go into place on its own after putting the top back up. Any similarly “weird” quirks in terms of quality control with the Coupe?

it’s because the 302 Windsor was designed in customary units, a 4.00" bore and 3.00" stroke gets you 301.59 cubic inches, which rounds up to 302 but is actually 4,942 cc (4.9 liters.)

The Coyote is a metric engine with a 92.2 mm bore and 92.7 mm stroke, which gets you 4951 cc (rounds up to 5.0 liters, barely) and 302.13 c.i.
